What is Arctic Mica-Nylon by Horgen? 
Through much research, we have infused Mica with Nylon to create a revolutionary yarn that has ultra cooling properties and the ability to remove heat quickly. This quality is inherent in the yarn itself and is not a surface treatment, resulting in an always-cold fabric!

Light Weight and Comfortable 
Like our best-selling bamboo light quilts, this ultra cooling quilt is light weight and comfortable while maintaining the perfect temperature for a good night’s sleep.

Looks Just Like a Quilt Cover 
This quilt is designed to be used without a quilt cover. It is crafted with minimal stitching for easy, convenient, and fuss-free use while still looking fantastic!

Are All "Cooling" Blankets Actually Cooling? 
Absolutely not! There are cheap, inferior nylons or polyester blankets that are marketed as cooling, when in fact they do not have any superior thermal conductivity. Some might even apply a surface treatment with a cooling effect that will disappear over washes. Buyers beware!
