Refund & Exchange

Returns

Our items can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Any item after this period will not be accepted. To be eligible, your item MUST be in the same condition as received, in the original packaging. 

There will be situations where only partial refunds are granted. Horgen reserved the right to make the final decision. 

Any item that is damaged, missing parts or without packaging for reasons not caused by us will not be accepted.

Refunds

When your refund parcel is received by us and investigated, you will be contacted to notify of your acceptance in the process of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 1 week after approval, into your original method of payment. 

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first before contacting us. Do take note that it may take some time before your payment is processed. 

If you still have not received your refund, do contact us at +65 6745 4698 and we will assist you. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. You may not refund items that are on sale. 

Exchanges

Only items that are defective or damaged are accepted for exchange for the same item. You may contact us to arrange for an exchange. Do call before you pay us a visit. Our office is at Haven Lifestyle, 5 Kaki Bukit Road 2 City Warehouse, #01-14, Singapore 417839

Shipping

For returns, mail your items to Haven Lifestyle, 5 Kaki Bukit Road 2 City Warehouse, #01-14, Singapore 417839. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
